1. About these terms

These terms apply to bookings with Stone Diamond Group for Monaco Yacht Show 2026, held from 23–26 September 2026 at Port Hercule, Monaco, and related hospitality and helicopter services.

2. Booking and payment

A booking becomes final once full payment via Stripe has been received and we have issued confirmation. All amounts are in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Tickets and delivery

Tickets and access details are delivered digitally to the email address provided with the order as soon as they become available. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact details.

4. VIP and transfers

VIP inclusions are specified in the personal proposal or product description. Helicopter transfers remain subject to availability, operating conditions and weather. An operator may adjust times or routes for safety reasons.

5. Cancellation and changes

Event tickets are generally non-refundable after confirmation, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. If the event or a transfer is changed, postponed or cancelled, we pass on the terms and remedies made available by the relevant organiser or operator.

6. Liability

We are not liable for changes made by the event organiser, carrier or venue, or for circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
