When you book a package or send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), and order details (packages, dates, quantities, amount paid). Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
To process your booking, send confirmation and delivery emails, and respond to enquiries. With your consent (via the cookie banner), we may also use anonymized analytics to understand site usage.
Stripe (payment processing), our email provider (order confirmations), and, where applicable, the venue/hospitality partner fulfilling your specific package.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@stonediamond.store.
